Jet Lag with Sports Teams


Jet lag can be difficult for even adults to manage, let alone for kids who need to perform competitively shortly after arrival overseas.   JJZ Sports usually arranges for practice time on arrival in order to help the acclimatization.   This first practice will not be at world class pace!  But it allows the kids to sweat and it manages to keep them awake long enough to have a more normal sleep the first night.      Also, JJZ Sports books healthy team meals to aid in this as well.     Because the meals are pre-organized and the venues hand-picked, the meals are quicker and better suited to sports teams.   Less waiting around, better food, more atmosphere and well rested players.
